The new corporate design of the Children’s Hospital Zurich incorporates the term “university” into the wordmark to increase the presence of the funding body and related fields of activity in the brand architecture. Furthermore, a new typology concept was developed for corporate and marketing communication. A variety of coloured dots derived from the shape of the logo are used to give the design a less clinical and more friendly, playful feel that appeals to children and parents alike. The new corporate design has been applied to the Internet and intranet platforms as well as to all office materials.
