Interactive Installation
Museum Plugstreet 14-18 experience, Ploegsteert, Belgium
Developed for the commemorative museum in the Belgian village of Ploegsteert, the Plugstreet 14-18 Experience emerged as a digital interface, including a supersized, interactive, multitouch wall. It impressively documents the life of soldiers and the civilian population in Belgium during World War I. The project was realised in collaboration with Architectura Virtualis, the technical cooperation partner of Darmstadt University of Technology, on behalf of the Walloon Association for Archaeological Heritage (AWPA), which had been commissioned to carry out the project by the Belgian and Australian governments.
