Anton Schmaus, a young critically acclaimed chef, realised his dream with a modern restaurant in the historic centre of Regensburg, which was named Storstad after the Swedish word for “big city”. It is a place where pure and simple Scandinavian aesthetics meet casual fine dining. It reflects the calm and laidback atmosphere as well as the interior design with expressive photography, a smooth and intuitive usability, and a significant reduction of unnecessary details.
