Radwende – Change Your City for Cyclists

Initiated by activists in the city of Wiesbaden, this campaign was a response to the fact that, according to a survey, they were living in the least bike-friendly city in Germany. Therefore, the aim was to create a fictitious city map, thus opening up new possibilities together with cyclists based on the individual routes they take. A drawing machine in the Wiesbaden state museum recorded these cycling paths on a daily basis and thus produced a work of art every day, showing where cycling lanes were most needed.
