Girls’ Generation – The Boys

The cover of the third studio album by Girls’ Generation, a band from South Korea, features each of the nine band members as an active heroine from a fairy tale. Matching the illustration style, the packaging of the album titled “The Boys” showcases a vintage look: a metal case created especially for this album lends it a high sense of value. The postcard-like pages inside the cover contain additional collages: photographs of the band members are framed by imaginative illustrations visualising typical symbols that represent each of the fairy-tale characters.
