GYLD Herbal Liqueur

Herbal liqueurs made by pharmacies have a long tradition and, in recent years, have also found their way onto the shelves of well-versed bartenders with an interest in regional products. The Elwert family of pharmacists has therefore revised their own homemade herbal bitter and given it the name Gyld following ancient sagas in which heroes become invincible after drinking a magic potion. The packaging design has deliberately been freed from history, with only the shape and look of the bottle alluding to the pharmacists’ guild. The abstract black-and-white design emphasises the golden colour of the drink.

Red Dot
