This packaging design illustrates the benefits of a moisturising cream made of basil seeds while furthermore expressing the pharmaceutical brand concept of It’s Skin. The design focuses on the basil seed, which expands to 30 times its original size when absorbing water. The inside of the container in warm grey stands for the dried basil seed, while the semi-transparent outside symbolises the expanded seed when it holds water. The bipartite container separates into two components and contains a basil seed as well as instructions for self-testing.
