UV DAYS 2013

This packaging was presented at the in-house trade fair UV DAYS 2013 to showcase the possibilities of UV curing technology. The packaging, designed to hold a cooking salt, comprises three components: a tin can with a self-adhesive label, folded transparent paper and the outer packaging of the tin. When the can is removed from the outer packaging, the remaining box can be transformed into a small lamp by pulling up the folded transparent paper and switching on the integrated LED tea light. By using an app and scanning the code on the packaging, consumers can view a 3D animation illustrating this transformation.
