Inspired by the proverb “an inch of time, an ounce of gold”, this compact notebook is designed with the visual appearance of a gold bar. With the aim to make every single day feel precious, it consists of 365 pages of edge gilding and a golden paging ribbon. The pages feature a scheduling compass, whose pie chart corresponds to the sun orbiting on the ecliptic plane. It allows users to record simple time divisions and visualises changes between day and night. The paper is thin and easy to write on, with a deep blue print that exudes a quality texture.
