The companies Thyssen and Krupp formally merged into an industrial group in 1999. However, the efforts to establish the two companies under a single brand have lasted until today. The thyssenkrupp brandfactory online portal was launched as part of the newly developed corporate design and serves as a guide for all employees and suppliers, demonstrating the usage of all brand elements. The look of the digital guide encompasses all visual key elements of the corporate identity, including logo, typeface and corporate colours, reflecting their usage in practical examples.
