Palmento Costanzo

Since the Palmento Costanzo winery is located on the hillsides of Mount Etna in Sicily, the packaging design communicates the special character of this vineyard on volcanic soil. After an intense period of research, the wine-bottle label was printed with an extract of volcanic dust from Mount Etna. The result is a tactile, luminescent and visually stimulating label that connects the consumer with the essence of the wine. When fingers are run across the elevated label, volcanic dust with the smell of Mount Etna is released. Natural colours of the magma highlight the quality of the organic wines.
