Niou-Mang is a new kind of sweet consisting of a combination of nougat and fruit. On the one hand, this product helps Taiwanese fruit farmers and waste resulting from excessively abundant fruit production can be reduced. On the other hand, new nougat flavours can be created. The sweets are wrapped individually and sold in screw-top jars. The wrappers and the labels on the jars are designed in four bright colours, corresponding to the flavours Radiant, French Red, Surprising Ice Melon and Romantic Grape.
