Tai-Soo Kim Retrospective: Working in Two Worlds
This three-dimensional retrospective exhibition visualises the world of renowned architect Tai-Soo Kim. The exhibition is structured by the architectural element of a corridor, which is also a prominent feature in his most well-known design, the National Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art (MMCA) in South Korea. The corridor serves as a means of shaping the hierarchy and order of the several projects to be covered in the exhibition. In addition, emphasising continuity, the spatial characteristics are also effective in revealing the consistent values of the architect as maintained across the flow of his work.
